I recently installed PC Anywhere on one of our company’s laptops and tested it through our LAN to make sure the laptop could connect to the Host computer, however this was done through a cable set up (NIC), but when the employee got home and tried to access the Host via wireless, it would not connect, I edited the virus (Trend Micro) firewall to allow in/out for this program, so I know this will not affect the connection. My question is, are there different protocols when using wireless connections in conjunction with PC Anywhere.
Any advice is welcome.
