VaultLogix vs eSilo for small business

By karen ·
If anyone has experience with either of these online/appliance backup solutions, I would really appreciate your unbiased reviews and insight. I'm not sure why my post from yesterday was removed, unless it was incorrectly posted as a discussion and should have been a question.

I am considering both for backing up Exchange Server, SQL and Windows Server 2003 file server. I have been unable to find any reliable information online and would like to hear from someone with experience who isn't selling the product.

Thank you. And if this post will be removed, maybe a quick message letting me know why wouldn't be too much trouble.

I have been using Evault for years

i365 bought it up, but nothing has changed.

It does exchange, sql, and a host of others. Everything is offsite, and they have mirror servers around the country. I feel safe everyday when i go home knowing that they are my back up company.

Experience with VaultLogix

by jic101 In reply to VaultLogix vs eSilo for s ...

I have been backing up Exchange and Windows Server 2003 file servers (sorry, no SQL) for close to two years. I have been very happy with them. I looked at several companies before settling on VaultLogix and felt that they were all fairly similar in what they offered at fairly similar prices. What I liked most about VaultLogix were the people and the support. They were willing to work with me to get up and running (which didn't take long, by the way), and have been great ever since. If I have a problem, they web into the server and fix it on the spot. Their follow-up has been great as well. Additionally, they have since built their own platform that I think is easier to use and more reliable than their old third-party platform. I'm a big fan of VaultLogix.
