veritas abckup exec calendar entry error msg

I am recievig the eror msg “\\NSVEX001\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes\Name [Name]Top of Information StoreCalendarŒ〰〰〰〰㜹搵ㄱ㉡㔲㡤攴㈴改㡦攳㌳〸㘲㐹㥥㜰〰㘲㘵〶戹㤱ㄸㄸ㘴〸㈷ㄴ㐱ㄸ愵㕢㠶〰〰〰〰昲㐶〰〰㘲㘵〶戹㤱ㄸㄸ㘴〸㈷ㄴ㐱ㄸ愵㕢㠶〰〰〰㑢づ晢〰〰”

I know that it was a calendar entry, the entry in question was deleted from the mailbox and the deleted items folder was emptied. I was also advised to check the deleted items retention periosd in the exchange server settings and that is set to 30 day`s, the thirty day peiod was up two days ago and im still ahving the samre problem. if any one has any solution or and advise that would be helpfull thanks
