How can I tell if it’s my monitor or my video card that may be going out? My monitor screen colors have a strange cast to them lately & things get washed out. Also, Windows doesn’t seem to like the monitor driver I have for my monitor. It keeps putting in a default monitor every time I restart my computer. I tried removing it, but Windows puts it back in.
