I have a video card hooked up to my TV via the component (yellow) out through my VCR. I can see the desktop, but it is “running” vertically and will not stop. I have changed the refresh rate as far down as it will go, which is around 43Hz and the scrolling slowed, but will not stop. Is there some setting that I am missing that is crucial? I am running XP Professional and the card is a VGA ATI OEM|RADEON 7000 64M DDR AGP. Any help would be appreciated.
