I would like to create a bootable CD-ROM with a Virus scanning utility (that includes the most recent definitions) to use to scan various PCs.
With Norton and most others, the software must be installed on the PC to perform the scan. I don’t want to leave illegal copies behind, I just want to be able to do a scan and clean up.
Can anyone tell me of a product that will do this. Norton no longer has Rescue disks under Windows XP.
