I have an Exchange 2003 Server running on Windows Server 2003. If I send an email (100KB+) from Outlook 2003/7 on Windows XP, it goes to the server immediately. However, if I send the same email from Outlook 2003/7 on a Windows Vista machine, it virtually does not leave the Outbox.
I have checked all settings in comparisson to XP, and the only difference is the operating system.
How can I get around this one?
