I started having synchronization isues lately form vista clients with my file server(windows 2003 R2).
The excel file residing on the server is made accessible (read write modify) to the clients in my LAN.
Whenever a vista client modify the data,the changes are not seen from another vista machine or xp client.
Whereas if it’s an xp client doing the change, everyone can see it.
I have a gpo disabling offline files on the domain,this policy was here before i took over the network. Am not sure if that is creating the problem, because it’s been working fine before.
Any recommendation or solution will be highly appreciated
