Vista Windows Firewall blocks connection to my Wireless Print Server

By jaded4178 ·
I set up connections from 3 different computers and the only one that can't connect to the wireless print server is the Vista laptop. The other two computers are XP Pro and XP Home machines and they both are getting their connectivity wirelessly, just like the Vista laptop. All 3 machines use the same free Clamwin AV and all have Windows firewall turned on. The two XP machines can connect to the print server with the firewall disabled or enabled but the lone Vista machine can only connect to the print server if Windows firewall is disabled.

What am I missing with Vista's version of Windows Firewall? I approved the Print server driver's "allow" firewall setting when I installed it and it shows in the exclusion list. So why is the Firewall still blocking this connection on the Vista machine when this firewall is enabled?
