I have a client who has taken vmware consolidated backups of vmware ESX server on vmware proxy server , but is unable to mount the backup images to a mount point. While mounting the backup images,the error that comes up is 10688.
The client has tried vcbmounter command and also tried a browse-start.bat script of netbackup but same error comes up.
any help is appreciated
