Can I remote into a users computer using VNC, if the users are at different locations but have a internet connection?

A Few Ways

Free: Netmeeting and RDC but you'll have firewall issues to work around.

Not Free: Webex and similar are easiest but costs $

Webex is about $100-$150 a month but well worth it if you do it alot.

RDC is mostly for remoting in and not so much for sharing the desktop.

Netmeeting is almost a perfect free solution if you feel comfortable opening up ports on your firewalls and know what you are doing plus it comes with every version of Windows since at least Windows 98 already installed.
