You will not be able to coonect to the internal machine from Internet with your local IP Address (192.168.1.2) which will be not recognized on internet as the same is a internal IP Address. You will somehow connect using the IP Address alloted to you by Airtel (122.164.152.29, it seems). You have to forward the port 5900 in the Router to the internal computer (192.168.1.2). In VNC you will have to login into the system after you connect and then open the Outlook in the Screen of the Machine avilable after login. VNC normally brings the Desktop of Machine you connect to the computer you connct from, something like remote desktop connection.
