Before I do research, I wanted to see if you guys had any thoughts on this.
Currently my company is running a couple trunks on a PRI from the local telephone company, and we are internally doing call switching on an Altigen phone system. (I dont know if its LITERALLY VoIP, but the phones themselves carry IP addresses and communicate with the altigen server via IP).
So I get a call from my boss this morning about how he wants to get rid of the long distance charges, etc, etc.

Will VoIP do anything for me?
