VPN Configuration

hi, I have a problem, I have windows 2003 server, and i use vpn for connect my computer, but, the problem isn?t the connection, i connect to my server but i can?t use any resource on my network, like systems, internet, etc. what can i do?

Sounds like an issue

with the permissions allowed through the VPN. If permissions are not given to authenticated accounts, then they can connect, and nothing else.

But what permissions, y give it the permission to "allow access" on Dial-in properties, and i can?t ping any host

Are their logon accounts allowed to view anything?
Also, I just re-read some things. Is ICMP turned off on the servers? This would block 'ping' from working. Try an NSlookup instead.

Through the VPN you should obtain a new IP address on the current domain/workgroup. This should include DNS settings.
If it is not, or if the client SW has static IP's, make sure that they are correct.
It is most likely a setup of the client SW, or DHCP through the VPN. Check on these settings.

Can you ping a host on the LAN by IP and name?
