VPN Connectivity

Please tell me how to configure VPN server for remote site where domain name is used for VPN servers connectivity... means no static IP thy use domain names to connect VPN servers.

Have a look at Netpilot by Equiinet.

Very good piece of kit, you don't need a server as a front end server, just the netpilot.

The problem is that many tunneling solutions are
just designed to use static IP at least on the
server side....

Freeswan/OpenSwan with opportunistic encryption
might be able to help you.

Otherwise you may have to look into ssl based
tunnelling in stead of the more common IPSEC
base tunnels. Netscreen (from juniper) can help
you if you are still looking for hardware, and
linux based solutions exist.
