VPN Netscreen

By olivier.lobbestael ·
I try to configure a Netscreen 5XP to connect my pc to the network of my office. My problem is that I found documentations of how configure a VPN Tunnel between two LAN, both with a netscreen box, and how configure a VPN tunnel between a dialup userand my LAN.
What I need is to be able to connect my LAN (where is my Netscreen box) through a VPN Tunnel, but at home, I have an ADSL connection, not a dialup connection...
Is it possible to do it with only one box ? if yes, how ?

I believe the Netscreen allows client users to set up a PPTP tunnel but not a VPN tunnel. Get the instructions from the manual to setup a PPTP connection to the Netscreen.

VPN Netscreen

I am so very sorry for the errant post. I was thinking of the WatchGuard Firewall. A netscreen firewall will support VPN. The process is similar to a site to site VPN, but you need a client (VPN Client software) to establish the remote endpoint of the tunnel, and you may have some problems with the DSL if it is PPPoE. So, first find a VPN client that Netscreen supports and get back to us if you need additional help.
