VPN on Server 2003 HELP ME !!!!!!!
I am looking for direction
I have a small network (3 desktops and a server running Windows SBS2003 and windows XP)
I have a Siemens Speedstream 6520 ADSL Router
I want to set up a VPN connection for a laptop at a remote site into the network.
I have done the following
The Server is set up for RRAS NAT & VPN
This all appears ok ?? I have two Nics 1 connected to the router has address 10.0.0.5 one has 192.168.1.6 and is connected to a switch for the internal network.
All pcs can access web mail etc outgoing ok.
The router address is 10.0.0.138 (default)
When I try to connect to the Static IP address provided i get a message in wireshark that states 10.0.0.138 host unreachable port unreachable 10.0.0.5 on the server
I can Ping the Static address ok from the outside world and i have enabled port forwarding for ports 1723 and 47 (PPTP and GRE)
