Good morning – I am trying to install a second Tandberg VXA-320 library to my backup server. This library uses bar-code labels to identify the tape. The problem I am encountering is that the ArcServe backup software cannot distinguish between two different tapes with the same factory label {ex. A0000001}.
Does anyone know of a way to quickly create unique labels for these new tapes? For example, I would like to create printed labels that are in a sequence like ‘LIB20001’.
