W2K Pro desktop operating system

By fong ·
I am preparing a justification paper for migrating Win 9.x to W2K Pro. However after reading quite a number of articles I find that it is very difficult to justify for the upgrade especially on the users benefits. Please advise.
Thank you.

The biggest user benefit is that it provides a more stable operating system and better security,so the justification of upgarde it will provide improved productivity, less down time and improved security features,so you are correct to say that it does not have a lot of selling points
from a user standpoint.
1)Productivity
2)Security
3)Administrator improved maintenance

ACTIVE DIRECTORY! muc more centralized for upgrades and for network sharing as well as uses less than half the bandwidth for transfers since localized. Saves space on hard drives by being centralized. less techs by being able to push things out
