What if a US Government Agency (FBI, NSA, and other secret Government entities) were acquiring information from this foreign group (two Swedes) who’s program is being used by almost 1 million sites. The US Government Agency is not doing it in the US therefore not violating US Code that prevents them from spying on US Citizens without probable cause and a warrant. The Government Agency is just acquiring the information from an entity outside the US that is using secret Carnivore type collection techniques and is not affiliated with any US Government Agency.
