I am having problems with my web browser , it wont open any pages in a new window , i have uninstalled the ie5 and installed ie6 and vice versa but it still doesnt work also my pc seems sluggish , i am using win98 ,264mb ram , 40gb hdd and my processor runs at 308mhz any help is appreciated
