By jeffkillam88 ·
I was wondering if there is a free web meeting software that allows audio, white board, and power point capabilities. i would like to find one due to my boss not wanting to paying for travel fees. now i was looking at office live server. but to much to do since it requires sql, ad and other fun things to integrate into AD. so i am hoping someone can help me.

We use WebEx, but it isn't free

by CharlieSpencer In reply to web meetings

It has whiteboard capabilities, and allows multiple systems to connect. You can change which system is the one being viewed during the conference, so you can switch between him looking at your computer and you looking at his. The voice capability is over a separate telephone connection. I believe they charge by the call, but they may have a monthly rate. It will sure be cheaper than setting up a host server.

Not free, but this might be closer to what you're looking for...

As for free-free, I don't think you're going to find it unless you build it yourself, modeling it on a system such as this one. Of course, you'll end up paying for the creation of your own proprietary system, but in the long run it may be a good investment.
