My name is Russell Mallon. As a human, I am located in South Africa. I have been operating a very tiny business called Tommy Tucker Ideas Inc. Im positioned as an Ideas manufacturing Company. Yes! sounds weird!. Nevertheless, I have two customers that have used my services in the area of support to their marketing communications, people communications, corporate communications & product communications.
Developing campaigns and all that sort of stuff. I have recently been asked to work with their it department to manage their content development infrastructure for their South African website also to direct certain usability engineering support etc etc.
They already have thirty companies operating world-wide.
I would like to get into this but I urgently need knowledge backup. They use Lotus Notes as their preferred system . I on the other hand would prefer to used independent software to control this. Anyway, to get to my point. Can Tech republic email me some wisdom to quickly get up to speed with Lotus notes and also provide me with articles concerning commerce, website management and everything that goes with it. i.e., project management, quoting, and basically how to set up a consulting structure where I could put myself in a position of letting these people know that I possess the knowledge but at the same time knowing that I don’t really have all the knowledge. Sorry! Im Irish. Takes a long time to get to a point
