Last Year I made a website for san Juan Public library. It was my very first one. I had it been hosted at another library. Brownsville Library. Anyways everything was working fine. I was able to access and change the website when ever i wanted. ThenI stopped working on it for a while. When i tried to access it again I couldnt do anything. It wont let me edit it. It gives me the folowing error.”Server Error:Cannot Close File /home/sites/site1web/_vti_pvt/service.cnf”
It gives me this error andit wont let me do anythig. Can anyont tell me what is going wrong.
I am running a winnt 4.0 Server, using fronmtpage to edit.
Does my server have anything tom do with it even though i am not hosting my own website?
