im making a simple website with frames. When the page is short enough to fit on the one page there are no scroll bars visible on the main page. But when the page gets longer the horizontal scroll bar pops up along with the vertical scroll bar even though there is no need for the horizontal scroll bar. How do i get rid of the horizontal scroll bar? I don’t want to turn it off altogether just in case people would like to view my webpage in a smaller window.
