I have a dicussion that need to bring forward to share with you all.
I just came in a new employer as an IT Executive and found out that they have a couple of server in their entire group. As usual, one of them is a ‘domain controller’ plus ‘Active Directory’. The others is ‘Email’ Server and ‘Data’ server.
So i need to install a Terminal Server together with the Data server. I found out that when i started to configure it, it shows “empty” in the Administrative Tools that running Window server 2003.
I try so many solution to find the tools in order for me to configure the server but fail. And i realise that that both Email and Data server also having the same situation.
Finally i setup the terminal services thru the “Add or Remove Program > Install window component”. But i still cannot configure it after restart the machine…
Any new idea to configure it?
