What can I do so I can change date&time on my computer?

Hi, I'm really confused. I'm on an admin account and I'm attempting to set the date back, but I get this message;;

You do not have permission to perform this task.
Please contact your computer administrator for help.
---------------
Though I am currently on an admin account. I tried searching for a solution, and got to the gpedit solution and changed the settings, but it still doesn't work?

When rebooting the computer....

enter the BIOS settings & chage it there.....otherwise, log in as "administrator" (not an admin account) and change it that way....pretty simple.

And if you are using a computer that is part of a AD Domain

Speak to the LAM Administrator as the Date and Time could be being issued from the Server through Active Directory or Group Policies.

A Local Area Administrator is not a Administrator for individual computers on that network but they can control things like this and as a Admin Account on your Workstation doesn't mean that you have Administrator Rights over the LAN.
