From one maker with their own OS & Software loaded.

The PC is a Generic Term for all Windows Based computers which can be loaded with any Windows Applications.

Generally speaking at least.


Mac comes from Apple and is suited to what Apple does best Graphic Work.

The PC comes from many different makers and has interchangeable parts with other systems and has the Windows OS and Applications installed.

As to which is better that depends on what you are doing you need to match the Hardware to the job being done and install the Applications that do this job best with the people who will be using it.

While strictly speaking the PC Description isn't Technically correct 100% of the time when it comes to Business systems it is what you will be looking at when you get out of school.

Well I chose mac because it is virus free..Having its own firewall so no worries about a number of viruses that comes in..:-)
