What tablet do you use for online teaching?

I teach a math-heavy course, and normally I use OneNote with a XP-PEN ( https://www.xp-pen.com ) digital tablet/screen thing for lecture recording and presentation. I don’t have a XP-PEN tablet at home, though, and I’m wondering what tables others are using during lectures-from-home?

FYI, I’ve considered a lower-cost XP-PEN Artist 12 Pro pen display, a fancier Microsoft Surface Pro computer, a newer iPad with an apple pencil, and even something low-tech like a webcam focused on paper on my desk. Any thoughts/brilliant ideas for conveying math-heavy material clearly online?
