The link appears dead to me.

As to what's best, I've seen outstanding work in Microsoft Paint and other apps. It appears what is best is a talented artist and not the brush or app.

I see three desktops of similar specs.

Reading https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-10400F-vs-AMD-Ryzen-5-3600/4079vs4040 and other reasons I'd buy the i5 based unit.

The link to the webshop works with me, and shows 3 gaming desktops (an HP Pavillion model, a Lenovo IdeaCenter model, an Acer Nitro model)

- Why did you select a gaming desktop? Seems unnecessary expensive.
- Did you study the reviews of these 3 models?
