Your having a laugh arn't you?

Windows home server is a different sort of software that makes your computer turn in to a server (sort of).
You can apply for the free (except to pay for shipping and packaging) software from Microsoft. :)

This is a new Product released by M$ in 2007

Is it a Vista component?

No it's not part of Vista it's a separate new OS all together that is as it's name suggests Windows Home Server. It's sort of a server for Home use.

I got XP Pro and don't seem to find it.

That is because it's not part of XP or any other domestic OS except itself. So if you want it you need to buy a Copy of Windows Home Server and the correct hardware to run it on.
