when i try to access a computer at the network it gives me this message

\\ the computer name is not acessible. you might not have permision to use this network resource.contact the administrator of this server.
and i was sure of
The firewall setting
The work group name
The sub net mask
Local security setting
Services
And at last i still cant access this Computer
Any one can help in that!!!!!
