I am currently running a P111 450 with 256mb RAM. I have just joined NTL Broadband on their 128 service. The max download speed i can get is 7kbps instead of the claimed 16kbps. An NTL technician visited and using the NTL Cable Modem via an ethernetlink from his laptop got 16kbps and said my prob was connecting via usb. I have tried connecting via a network card and changing to ethernet and still can only get 7kbps as a download……HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP Pleaseeeeeeeeeee
