Why I have to keep installingsound driver

Hi,
I am fed up.Everytime,I play mp3,it ask me to install driver,then i have to re-start,it work ok.it re-occur after sometime again i have to re-install it.
My oc is ms window server 2003/sp-1 and I install it.

Whats da permanent solution ?
