will this allow two network sets

By kbeal77 ·
I am IT Manager for a group of Drs that use two different networks. Will this allow me to have two network setups on one server?

From your space post I presume that you wish to connect two different Workgroups to the one server is that correct?

If it is what OS do you plan on using for a Server and are there any special needs like a Medical Application involved?

How many workstations are involved here as that will make it necessary to purchase additional CAL's or Terminal Services Licenses if you are looking at using a Windows Server Package.

Why do you want to connect the 2 Workgroups in the first place? And do you really need a server?

Also will this be connected to the Internet? If so do you have sufficient Security in place to protect Patient Records?

A general all purpose answer would be YES you can connect 2 Workgroups to 1 server but depending on what you actually want to achieve it may be a lot more complicated that you initially thought. As well as a lot more expensive.
