I am working on a pc that gets the following message on boot-up IPHLPAPI.DLL can’t start. Everything appears to work on the pc though. I downloaded a ‘fix’ from Microsoft, but the prolem is still happening. It’s on all the latest and greatest drivers, and all winme patches have been applied. It doesn’t get the message every time you reboot, but 2 out of 3 times. Any ideas?
