OK, I just put together a new computer and am having some trouble installing win 2000. It will boot from the cd and format ntfs copy the necessary files and reboot. Here is where the problem is……..after the reboot, it will not recognize the boot partition and will just go back into the installation as if it was never started. The HD’s are scsi and have adaptec 2940UW and have installed the drivers and have tried a fat partition as well. Please let me know if you have any suggestions
