OK I have a win 2003 server that functions as a 2nd DC as well as an exchange server.
Over the past while I have noticed that it takes FOREVER to restart. It will sit on the applying computer settings screen for 45 min to an hour before finally going in.
It also takes it a while to shut down.
Any thoughts?
