I know there is a way to empty the Windows 98 icon cache. I cannot seem to find the information. At times, the icons flash, lose their artwork, and then comeback. Also the folder options refuse to stay at “list” and instead after restart (several times per day with 98, to recoup system resources), revert back to “full size”….. Please help, with these minor but annoying problems….
