I have a Win2K client (upgraded from 98SE) who was using a USB modem. After the update, the modem was not recognized. Ordered a Smart USB 56K Modem. It is detected immediately, drivers install. Device manager shows all is well. BUT, Connection Wizard cannot find the modem, AOL cannot find the modem. Any advice?
