We have a Win2K server, as the "question" explained, which has a problem with the virtual SMTP portion. We use it as our tech request system, and when a user submits a new request, the email gets sent to us with the info. When the email shows up, it says that it was sent an hour AFTER being received. One test I just did shows that the request was received at 11:34AM (Eastern time) and was sent at 12:34PM.. The daylight savings time issue is fixed, so we know thats not the problem. The time and DST settings on the server are right, too. Any ideas?
