I have a Win2k3 box with 2 NICs that is an additional (backup) domain controller, DHCP Server, DNS Server. I would like to use it also as a VPN Server. I configured Routing and Remote Access and used DHCP relay agent as itself (beceuse it is a DHCP Server too). So far so good. My WAN router has got port 1723 mapped to this VPN Server. I try to dial inot this server from remote. It works fine. I get an IP address and i can browse the entire network. AS SOON AS I DISCONNECT my VPN connection, I cannot dial into this server again. Someone has to Re-Start routing and remote access service on this server manually. Then I can connect again. Again, as soon as I disconnect, i can’t access it. The cycle carries on and on….Can anyone help? I may be overlooking something quite obvious…
