I just installed the first Windows 7 PC on our network. The user, uses Bosanova a terminal interface program that accesses data from an IBM AS-400. Most of our users use this program.
The problem is that for this department everyone prints from Bos thru this PC. At some point of inactivity the PC automatically locks the account. When this happens and another workstation tries to print it just spools until the Win7 machine is logged into. I cant find the setting adjusting when it locks out. Any ideas? BTW it has to print thru this machine as its coded that way on the IBM.
