After installing WIN98 over older version of 95, the shutdown session completes all steps except the last display (“OK to shut down”).
The screen “Windows is shutting down” remains displayed. I can power off clean and scan disk doesn’t run when I power up and load windows. Is this “problem” worth diagnosing?
