In Win98SE Help whenever I use the troubleshooter, select an option under “What problem are you having?” & click “Next” the right hand pane of Windows Help is completely blank (white background). I have installed (right click/install) the TSHOOT.INF file in the Windows/INF directory but the problem remains.
Is there anyone out there that has a fix or a registry tweak for this?
