We have an HP 2500c+ printer attached locally to a Windows 2000 machine. I installed the drivers from HP website and the ones that came with the printer. When the user asks for paper to be pulled from tray 2, it pulls paper from tray 3. Even if Isetup Word, for example, to pull from tray 2, it will pull it from tray 3. Is there anything that I am doing wrong? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and still no good. Any ideas?
