By soorri ·

C= 100,000 GB (Primary Partitions)
D= 200, 000 GB (Logical Drive)
E= 200,000 GB (Logical Drive)

OS install in C drive our main oracle database installed in d drive, my problem is D drive is getting full. Please help me how can I increase the D drive spaces???..?

Partition software would do it, but...

Frankly, your best option is to buy a new 1TB drive, install it, clone onto it (or copy the data) and reassign the drive letters.

That will future-proof things.

Keep your backups up-to-date, a 200G Oracle DB on a single drive (no RAID) is begging for disaster.

If you could move your data from E

if you could move your data from E drive somewhere else for ever, or if you have enough free space on drive E and could move the data temporary to somewhere else, you can use DISKPART from cmd to extend your D drive, but be careful for what you do, to not loos your data.

Or just get Partition Magic, or something similar to do the partitioning for you.

Good Luck.
