My Windows 2003 Server with SP2 freeze and I do a hard reset. It fail to start after that. The screen will stay at “Windows 2003 Server” with the running bar. Hard Disk indicator blinks heavily during the start but stay cool after that. I can start the server only in “Safe” & “Safe with Networking” mode.
What could be the problem and what is the solution to this?
