Windows 2003 Small Business Server – SBS 2003 – Remote Web Workplace

by cburnham . Updated 19 years, 2 months ago

I currently run Windows 2000 Server SP4 and was planning to upgrade to SBS 2003 Premium. Then I found out that SBS 2003 will not allow me to run the Terminal Server in Application Mode on the same server that is my domain server – MS says it’s not secure and that I need to have another server for that. This is not possible for me, so I am looking for a workaround.

Will Remote Web Workplace allow users to log on and access applications available to their profile? For example, if there is an Excel worksheet in a folder made accessible to them on my server, will they be able to use it via Remote Web Workplace?

How many users can log in at once using RWW?
