Is there a CPU usage monitor available with Windows 95?? I don't really want to install software from a vendor, just curious if there was such a tool that came with Windows 95. Let me know!

Definitely! It's System Monitor. By default it's not installed by Win95. So if you don't see it in the System Tools folder from the Accessories folder, do an Add/Remove Programs from Control Panel. Look for System Tools and check it to install.
The Processor Usage option is in the Kernel section when you add a chart.

Hope this helps.....

Open the Control Panel and click on Add/Remove Programs, click on Windows setup tab and when the scan stops, find System Tools in the list and click on the details button scroll down the list and select system monitor or system resource, with a check, when you click on OK,you will be prompted for the Win95 CD.
